Before you decide
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Nothing is deleted and no card is charged. If you have not started a paid plan by then, the team moves to Free and keeps check-ins, surveys and polls, the Wellbeing Baseline and team analytics. The Growth capabilities stop until you subscribe.
Who counts as a user?
Every person invited to your team, whether or not they check in that month. Starter covers up to 25 people and Growth up to 100. Enterprise is unlimited.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. Every price on this page is per user per month before 18% GST, which is added on the invoice.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, in both directions, without a new checkout. An upgrade is charged pro rata for the days left in the current cycle; a downgrade takes effect from the next one.
What if a department has fewer than five people?
Its score is hidden rather than guessed, on every plan. You will see the company view, and department views appear as each department reaches five people. This is the anonymity floor and it cannot be turned off.
Are expert sessions included in the plan price?
No. Expert Support is unlocked on Growth, but the sessions themselves are funded separately through Serene credits, bought by the company. You choose how many to buy.
