This part is yours.

Your company uses Wanderfly to notice when a team is under strain, early enough to do something. This page is about what that means for you.

If you need help right now, the numbers are here.

What it asks of you

One tap a day. How are you feeling today? and five answers. If it was a hard day and you want to say why, you can. You never have to. Once a month, ten short questions from the Perceived Stress Scale. Both take less than a minute.

How you get in

You do not sign up. Your employer sets Wanderfly up and invites you, and the invite says what you are agreeing to: By accepting, you agree to share anonymized wellbeing data with your team. That is the aggregate on this page, with the five-person floor — never your own answers. After that you check in in the Wanderfly app or on Slack, whichever your company connected.

What your employer can see

  • How many people checked in.

    Counts only — never who
  • A department’s average stress and burnout risk.

    Five or more people
  • How many people used Safe Space or booked an expert this week.

    Five or more people
  • The date of your last check-in.

    Not what you answered

What your employer cannot see

  • Your mood or your stress score.

    The product refuses the request
  • Anything you wrote in Safe Space.

    Private and confidential
  • Whether you booked an expert, or who you saw.

    Counts only
  • Who sent a Voice report.

    No name attached
  • Your calendar’s meeting titles, descriptions or attendees.

    Never stored
  • Your answers to any anonymous survey.

    Totals from five or more

None of this runs on trust. Security and data handling lists the floors, the roles that exist, what each one can reach, and how deletion works.

What it gives you

Safe Space

A private companion for the moment stress lands. Breathing, grounding, a place to park a worry until later, a journal, a way to spot a thinking trap. Everything you share here is private and confidential. Nobody at your company can read it.

Expert Support

When you want to talk to a real person, book a private session with a vetted wellbeing expert through Serene. One-to-one or in a small group. Your company pays. You choose whether to share your name and work email with Serene, and you can withdraw that at any time. Your employer sees how many sessions were booked across the company. Never who.

My Practice

Short guided journeys like “7 Days of Calm” and “Deadline Week Survival”, a library of exercises, and your own streak. Your team only ever sees anonymous counts.

Voice

If something needs saying about a team and you would rather not say it with your name on it, Voice lets you report a category and a severity, and choose when it is released: only if others agree, now, or on a date you set. The report is stored with no name attached and no way back to you.
